I received an invoice from Klarna that I’ve already paid. What should I do?Updated 2 months ago

First, please check whether the invoice amount has been debited from your bank account and that Klarna was listed as the payment recipient. If your payment was not processed despite the correct information, log in to your Klarna account and select “Report a problem” to pause your invoice.

If you accidentally paid the invoice directly to the merchant instead of Klarna, please contact the merchant and request a refund. Afterward, transfer the amount again to Klarna.
