My manicure/pedicure didn’t last more than 15 days. What did I do wrong?Updated 2 months ago

The durability of 15+ days was proven in an independent external panel test. However, it’s important to note that the individual condition of your nails, the quality of the buffing and preparation of the nail plate, as well as the precise application of base coat, color, and top coat, all affect longevity. The better you buff and smooth the nail plate before applying the polish, the longer the manicure will last.

If the color chips early, we recommend properly sealing the nail tips with each layer, especially with the top coat. It’s also important not to file your nails after application. Make sure to apply only a thin layer of base coat and color, while the top coat can be slightly thicker. If any product accidentally gets on your cuticles or skin, remove it immediately (e.g., with a wooden manicure stick) before curing under the lamp — otherwise, the polish may chip more quickly.

In general, the products achieve the best durability on dry and healthy nails. If your nails are very thin, brittle, or soft, the result will likely last less than 15+ days. A high moisture or oil content in the nails can also reduce durability — in fact, the moisture and oil levels of your nails are often comparable to those of your facial skin.
